| Taiwanese wire rod prices hold steady - 03 Sep, 2010 | ||

Demand for wire rod in Taiwan is still poor, so the sales dropped. However, the wire rod price didn't drop further. After the China Steel Corp announced the new price, the wire rod price is expected to be stable this week. Currently, the al-killed wire rod price is in the range of TWD 26,000 per tonne to TWD 26,500 per tonne. And the rimmed wire rod price is at the level of TWD 24,000 per tonne to TWD 24,500 per tonne.
